A city for people, not automatons.
What's the deal with East Grand Rapids?
Whiteyville - suburbs and malls, that's it.
Is there more art/culture/vive in GR than Wilmington?

Comfortable - maybe - dusty and dirty
Old...broken, changing, trying.
